Can't review something I never received. was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. tracking was last updated 4 days ago. It's clear nobody actually knows where the package is but everyone refuses to declare it lost to avoid accountability.
I sincerely apologize for the delay caused by the carrier. Please rest assured that if the package is lost you will be sent a replacement. There is total accountability on our part for our products. For free shipping, the shipping service used is UPS Ground Saver / USPS Ground Advantage and this service normally takes 3 - 7 business days but at times there can be delays. For these services, the carriers accept lost package request only after 15 business days of shipping date. As it is just 10 business days, I have to wait another 5 business days before I can submit a lost package complaint.

Hi Michael. Your order was placed on Sunday, April 12, 2026. It was shipped out on Monday, April 13, 2026 through UPS Ground Service. As per the tracking details available, the shipment has been delayed by the UPS and USPS as for this service UPS picks up the package and hands it over to USPS for delivery. As a seller, we ensure that the placed order is shipped out from the warehouse within 24 hours of the order coming in. once the package is in the hands of the Carrier, we have no control. I am sorry that your package has not yet been delivered and hope it gets delivered soon. In case the package is lost by the carrier, a replacement package will be sent to you.
Yes, I was surprised when I received this bag I needed a new tool bag for my DeWalt impact and I wanted something that would hold up was nice looking and not ultra expensive and did I ever get it with this tool bag? Wow it got to my address in a relative short amount of time and it is a beautiful bag. It's well-made it's not overdone. It's not underdone and a much better bag for the money than I expected, and I am looking forward two years of use with it sturdy handles just a right amount of compartments and ample room inside for my impact, batteries and charger and a few extra bits I need. I was very surprised you just don't get good things like this at that price today. Thank you.
