Can't review something I never received. the tracking a week later than it was supposed to arrive still has no idea when if ever it will be delivered.
Hi Michael. Your order was placed on Sunday, April 12, 2026. It was shipped out on Monday, April 13, 2026 through UPS Ground Service. As per the tracking details available, the shipment has been delayed by the UPS and USPS as for this service UPS picks up the package and hands it over to USPS for delivery. As a seller, we ensure that the placed order is shipped out from the warehouse within 24 hours of the order coming in. once the package is in the hands of the Carrier, we have no control. I am sorry that your package has not yet been delivered and hope it gets delivered soon. In case the package is lost by the carrier, a replacement package will be sent to you.
Yes, I was surprised when I received this bag I needed a new tool bag for my DeWalt impact and I wanted something that would hold up was nice looking and not ultra expensive and did I ever get it with this tool bag? Wow it got to my address in a relative short amount of time and it is a beautiful bag. It's well-made it's not overdone. It's not underdone and a much better bag for the money than I expected, and I am looking forward two years of use with it sturdy handles just a right amount of compartments and ample room inside for my impact, batteries and charger and a few extra bits I need. I was very surprised you just don't get good things like this at that price today. Thank you.

Great customer service,originally a wrong bag was sent to me and it was fixed immediately ovi based on me sending back the wrong bag getting it scanned prompted them to send me bag asap. The bag is fantastic and soooooo well made. So happy with it
