Please accept my sincere apologies for the carrier not delivering your order. Your order was received on June 28, 2024 and it was promptly packed and shipped out on June 28, 2024 itself. It should have reached you on July 3, 2024 at the latest as it was shipped out from New Jersey and you are in PA.
I tracked it after I received your email today and there seems to have been no update from USPS regarding the tracking on their website since July 2, 2024. I think they have lost the package so I will have to raise a case regarding this with USPS.
Please let me know if you would like me to send another piece to you or you would like a refund and I shall do the needful.
Once again, please accept my apologies for this. Unfortunately once the package has been handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the package on time and there is nothing we can do at our end.
